Back on Track!
I didn't go to class today so I could stay home and work out while the husband was gone. So I found this site....www.exercisetv.tv and it is full of free full length exercise videos. I've never been a big fan of exercise videos (think jazzercise haha) but today I tried it because my gym membership is up and I really don't have the money to renew and I hate running outside even though I still do it. My neighborhood is full of creepers that watch though, and its doubly embarrassing because I'm a big fat fatty. But I did one of the cardio exercise videos on here (30 min x2 because I did it twice), then the incredible abs workout and then the hips, butt and thighs yoga exercise for a grand total of two hours plus a warm up and cool down. Not too bad. I had a
fruit smoothie this morning with 1 cup fat free yogurt, 1/2 orange and 1/2 cup strawberries that I split with my husband so it was a total approx 90-100 calories, meaning I didn't fast today but I definitey feel like I burned way more than 100 cals just now. According to this site I use to mesure how many calories I burned, I burned about 600 calories. That seems really high...but it knows my weight, height, bmi as well as the exact amount of each specific thing that I did. Does that seem like too much? I'm surprised by how much it said that yoga burns...and I really like yoga!!! I have to go do some homework...but how was everyone's weekend? I really just wanted to share that exercise site with you incase any of you are like me that really, really hate working out where people can see me haha. <3 you all...keep you head up! I'm available to talk to anyone who is feeling down...I've been so ultra positive for some reason lately and I always used to be so down all the time. Being positive feels so good so I wanna share!
